investors who meet a set of criteria, according to the size of their investments in
the country.

It is also awarded to individuals who possess specialized talents in the field of science, medical, scientific, research and technical innovation.

4- Retirees visa

This type of visa was issued to be granted to investors over 55 years of age who wish to
retire in Dubai, for a period of 5 years. It is granted to an individual who invests in a property worth 2 million dirhams, or has financial savings of not less than one million
dirhams, or has a monthly income of at least 20,000 dirhams
